The public is invited to a free presentation by three Allina Health doctors entitled Empower Yourself — Balancing priorities when you have too many. The event is Tuesday, October 23, 5:45–7 p.m. at Cedar Creek Golf Course.

Psychologist Elizabeth Super, PhD, LP and OB/GYNs Michael McNelis, MD, and Krista Honsey, DO, all from the Allina Medical Clinic – St. Michael, will host the interactive Q & A presentation. They will share their perspectives on effective self-management and address challenges that women, as caregivers for many people, often face. Expect to participate and renew your confidence in how to effectively balance priorities.
