After years of discussion, planning and a year long construction process, Interstate 94's newest stretch of road opened Thursday morning after the rush hour.

There was no fancy opening or ribbon cutting due to location and safety but many cars and trucks were taking advantage of the new road that creates an exit ramp for travelers destined for County Road 19, Thursday afternoon.

Awesome. Very smooth and nicely laid out. The issues I have though are these: I did not see a sign indicating something like "outlet mall stay left" or something of the like.
It is not lit along that stretch and to people who aren't used to this style of off ramp, it may be a bit of an issue. I took it this morning and the light to turn left onto CR19 never turned green at all.
