Gas Prices Hit $4 per Gallon in St. Michael Area
As oil prices push the cost of filling your tank higher, Patch has you covered.
Gas prices in the St. Michael area have hit the dreaded $4 mark.
Both Mobil in Albertville and Kwik Trip in St. Michael pushed prices higher today, with standard unleaded gasoline now sitting at $4 per gallon.
That's more than a quarter higher than just a couple of weeks ago, and up more than 37 cents since hitting a low of $3.62 for the summer back on Aug. 21.

Yep. And we can thank this current administration for this. Never mind the excuses of hurricanes or world wide consumption. This President and his minions in the EPA, energy department and the environmentalist whackos such as the Sierra Club are 100% responsible. Federal drilling permits are down. The XL pipeline, which the liberals claimed would poison the nations water table of which is a total myth is trashed, and now North American crude is being shipped to China. And liberals wonder why jobs are leaving the country? Good lord, the hypocrisy of this crop is astounding.
