Get Out: Punt, Pass and Kick Your Way Through St. Michael Weekend

Football dominates the weekend, along with a special fundraiser for a family who lost its father last summer.

When: Friday, Sept. 30 at 7 p.m.

When: Friday, Sept. 30 at 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Where:

Why Go: The kids have their own homecoming dance. Why not the adults? Let Michael J’s country band start your weekend out right.

Price: No cover charge

 

 

When: Saturday, Oct. 1 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Where:

Why Go: The STMA Football Academy invites all youth aged 6 to 15 to participate in the 50th anniversary of the NFL Punt, Pass & Kick national skills competition for boys and girls.

Price: It's free to participate but everyone is encouraged to bring two non-perishable food items for the Hanover Food Shelf.

 

When: Saturday, Oct. 1 from 4 to 8 p.m.

Why Go: This benefit honors the young family outdoorsman Luke Pohl and helps support the family he left behind.

Price: A bottomless beer cup will be available for $15. Other donations will be greatly appreciated and recognized.

 

 

When: Saturday, Oct. 1 from 12 to 6 p.m.

Where: 

Why Go: Join Hillside Hope Thru Hooves for its 3rd annual Pig Roast and Fundraiser featuring equine demonstrations and several unique activities for the whole family.

Price: Tickets available at the door; Adults $8, Children (under 13) $6
