Patch Asks: What Are You Doing to Celebrate the Royal Wedding

The nuptials are in the books, but the wedding ceremony will be replayed all weekend. Are you doing anything to celebrate?

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know theRoyal Wedding took place this morning. St. Michael Patch wants to know what you’re doing (if anything) to celebrate.

We asked a few locals their plans and this is what we heard:

Roger Derham, a St. Michael Englishman himself told Patch; “There isn’t enough Englishmen in this town to celebrate with. I didn't have anything special planned apart from tuning into BBC America and enjoying a good cup of tea.”

Former St. Michael-ite, Kelly Eull, celebrated with her almost 3-year-old.

“She’s a little girl and little girls love princesses. I couldn’t watch it without her,” Eull said. “She loved the black horses, and of course the pretty princess in her dress.”
