Just a week after news of Jimmy's Pizza closing, the location opens today as Perfect Pasta.

Their website has Albertville listed as the first and only current location but franchise opportunities are available with other metro locations to open soon.

"Pick Your Perfect Pasta offers the highest quality pasta, the most variety with the best service and the best price whether you get it for delivery, carry out or dine in," the website reads.

I sure wish them well! A delivery option other than pizza sounds like a welcome idea. It would help get them off to a booming start if they had their meno items listed on their website. Nothing was shown when I clicked on "menu".

This is the old Carbones Pizza location, right?
I like the name.
I wish the owners well.
My sister-in-law is coming to town on Friday...and she's Italian....we may have to try out the place.

Hoping they will offer (or consider offering) gluten/corn free pastas and sauces as well! :)

We die try the pasta last night. I think it is going to be a hit. Good sized portions for the cost, and the pasta has good flavor also.

I ordered some from them last night, and not at all impressed, the pasta was cold and it stuck together like glue, dont think I will order from them again, I was hoping it would be good as I love pasta, and the prices were great. :-(

Tried the pasta. Really good, huge portion size for the money. Almost like a Jimmy Johns and Olive Garden had a baby. Its Perfect!!! Really fast and the $5 lunch special with the drive through is a great combination.

I was not impressed at all. The lasagne had definately been sitting there for a couple of hours. The breadsticks you could snap in half, they were so hard. I would definately not order from there again or refer anyone.
