It seems that the one thing that goes hand-in-hand with Easter Sunday and church services is … brunch!

Well, jelly beans, too, but we like to keep things local.

Check out your neighborhood brunch spots. Who does it up right? We want to honor them as our latest “Reader’s Choice,” joining Pubhouse 19 (Best St. Pat’s Day spot, Best March Madness destination) and Caribou Coffee (Best Cup of Joe) as our 2012 winners thus far.

Patti J’s – In Albertville, just off main, there’s food made-to-order, with a bit of Greek influence to boot.

Liberty Restaurant and Bar – The Sunday buffet has been a staple at this location for years, and the folks at the Liberty are keeping it going strong.

JR’s – It’s a bit of a secret, but Carmen and the gang have a great brunch buffet weekly. If you haven’t checked it out in downtown St. Michael, you should.

Neighbor’s Eatery – The two Joes can cook up some mean grub for brunch in the heart of Albertville.

Voting begins today, April 5, at noon. and ends 9 p.m. Friday, April 13.

The winner will be determined by St. Michael Patch Editor Mike Schoemer, based on a combination of poll results and the number and enthusiasm of reader reviews in the Patch Places business directory.
