There’s no shortage of places to go for pizza in St. Michael or Albertville. That’s one thing that has been well-documented.

Papa John's in Albertville. We LOVE the fresh veggies and other ingredients. It is always outstanding, no matter which pizza we order. We've converted many first-timers to the wonders of Papa John's, most notably their Gourmet Veggie Pizza. Pizza Hut is second, only because they have the best customer service, the nicest employees, and kids love their pizza.

Oops. I meant Papa Murphy's. We must have had a fluke day at D's because we thought the pizza was awful. We loved the kids' meals, though.

If you had a bad experience at D's, you should have said something. The owners will bend over backwards to ensure you are satisfied.

Thanks, Tom. They were so very nice and we liked the atmosphere and one of the kids' meals. I have a hard time complaining unless it's something about which I'm truly passionate. I figured it was just an off day. My child and I had different pizzas and neither my husband or I liked either one (and he'll eat ANYTHING). I might try it again because it seems like most people on here like it.

D's Family Pizza in Albertville- Truly homemade and fresh. The owner/operators are the same as the Tasty Pizza that was soooo great in Brooklyn Park from 1972-1997. Pizza cooked on a brick oven by a person who really has to know how to cook it- not something that drops off a timed conveyer belt.

Old School STMA pizza Place....Twist n' Shout and Del's Pizza that was in the building that was torn down where the Empty Thrifty White building is...that was always such a treat to get pizza from there when we were kids.

D'd Family Pizza is the BEST pizza anywhere! Same owners as Tasty Pizza in Brooklyn Park years ago when I was dating my husband. I dream of their pepperoni, black olive & mushroom. No other pizza comes close in taste. PLUS, the owners & staff are so friendly & actually care that your pizza is right. I haven't been to their lunch buffet yet, but every time I see the menu posted on Facebook I start to drool! Oh, did I mention we drive 45 minutes to get there? And it's worth it!

Hands down it is D's Family Pizza is the best pizza! Those others shops are cheap tasting and made on a conveyor belt :(. Every food item on the menu us awesome and Scott, Kathy and Chris should be proud of the product that they make and the customer service that they give. You don't get costumer service like that anymore! Love you guys!

The best taste and best service comes from Domino's Pizza. Their online ordering is great and they back up their guarantee. (If you are unsatisfied with your order they will remake it or refund your money.)

AWESOME PIZZA!!! The best around- The kids are always asking to go there cause they love the food and the staff is sooo kid friendly! We love the Chicken Supreme pizza with BBQ sauce,breakfast bacon, cheddar cheese, and maybe some onions! D-Licious always!
