St. Michael Holiday Tree Lighting Set for Nov. 27
Caroling, holiday stories, and a visit from Santa are included.
Holiday spirit will light the town, beginning with a holiday tree lighting celebration Nov. 27.
Songs will be sung and holiday stories will be read at the event, which takes place at 6 p.m. at St. Michael City Center. A visit from Santa is slated for that night.
The free event will include caroling by St. Michael-Albertville High School’s choir, caroling and a sing-a-long led by the Crow River Senior Center choir, holiday stories read by Friends of the Library and local rotarians.
The event will include a toy and children’s book drive for the Hanover Area Food Shelf. Free hot dogs, chili, cookies and cocoa will be served.
The event is organized by St. Michael-Albertville Rotary and Shop St. Michael.
