Stalking and DWI: St. Michael Area Sentencings
The following sentencings involving area arrests were handed down in Wright County Court. Information is provided by the Wright County Attorney's Office.
Jared Alan Brewington, 34, of St. Michael, sentenced on Feb. 21, 2013, for Misdemeanor Fourth Degree DWI to 90 days jail, $100 fine; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $100 fine plus law library fee, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete Level I driving program and follow al recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Davis.
Mark Gilmore Swanson, 58, of Elk River, sentenced on Feb. 15, 2013, for Probation Violations for Gross Misdemeanor Stalking to 20 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Strand.
