Ballot Issues - Constitutional Amendments
Amendment 1: "Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to provide that only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in Minnesota?"
Amendment 2: "Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to require all voters to present valid photo identification to vote and to require the state to provide free identification to eligible voters, effective July 1, 2013?"

That's weird...I thought there were some comments here. Why are they gone, and why are you not allowing comments here now? I've never seen that sort of thing before. I was trying to find comments from attenders of the Women of Today thing for local candidates. Is there somewhere else to look? I really don't want to just read what you choose to publish.

Yes, we are doing things a bit differently with the political profiles. It's too easy for someone to say "Paul Turpin doesn't like puppies" or something to that effect (obviously worse) via the comments section, so we're turning them off here. If you want to submit a letter, or comment on the candidate forum story in reaction to what the candidates said, you are welcome to do so.
