STMA Special Olympics: $10,000 Challenge to Area Businesses

We have GREAT NEWS!!!

An anonymous St. Michael resident has offered to donate up to $10,000 to our team...the only catch: He's challenging area businesses to donate an end-of-the-year monetary gift (tax-deductible as our organization is a 501c3) in an attempt to try and double the amount of his generous donation.

Do you know of an area business that may be interested in being a part of this challenge? Or are you a business interested in supporting our team? No donation is too small! Please help us spread the word - all donations need to be made/pledged by (not necessarily collected) December 31, 2013.

All funds collected will be used to cover costs for: purchasing equipment for practices (we are responsible for purchasing/supplying all of our own equipment for each sport we offer), reserving/renting space for practices, athlete and coach registration costs for area and state-level competitions, sport-specific coaches trainings, apparel and uniforms for athletes and coaches, etc.
