Nine Candidates Taking Aim at Albertville Royalty

With less than a month until Albertville Friendly City Days, these nine young women are hoping to represent the community as royalty ambassadors.

The Albertville Royalty Program is excited to introduce this years 2011 Miss Albertville Candidate's to the STMA Community.  

Residents who would like the chance to meet the candidates are invited to stop in at any of following candidate events:

Saturday, May 21 – The annual 12 hour Rock-a-thon begins at noon at Coborn’s in Albertville. This fundraiser is a local favorite. Stop and see what it's all about.

Tuesday, June 7th - The Junior and Miss Candidates will all take part in the Albertville Royalty Candidate Style Show, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the STMA High School Performing Arts Center.  Tickets are available at the door for $3 each, and kids 5 and under are free!

Saturday, June 11th -  All the Miss Candidates, along with the Junior Candidate Finalists will be on hand at the Meet the Candidates Spaghetti Dinner held at St. Albert's Parish Center from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to come enjoy dinner and visit with the candidates!  Tickets available at the door: Adults $8 per person, kids 10 and under $5.

 Sunday June 12th  -  Following the Friendly City Days Parade (about 4 p.m.), you can all join the excited candidate families and neighboring Royal Courts at the 2011 Albertville Royalty Coronation also taking place at the high school's Performing Arts Center.  There, Miss Albertville, two Princesses and four Junior Court members will be crowned!
