Jen Hickle began as a side hobby in 1998, while a college student in Minneapolis. Her passion has always been for excellence and only hiring teachers who are not only talented, but qualified to teach, and who all share the same philosophy of music. Hickle’s goal is that every student receives individual music instruction, tailored to their age, personality, and learning style. As a result of starting her business, she graduated college debt free and continued to grow the business as a young mom, living in St. Michael.
With business thriving and nearly doubled in size since moving into their new Rogers location last August, Hickle will be receiving the prestigious award of "2012 Music Studio of the Year" from national business coach Marty Fort on July 23.
Voting for this award consisted of studio owners from 34 US states and the Hickles beat out national music studios finalists in Colorado, Wisconsin, and Arizona. The award was based upon the owners' superior business organization, business' systems, client satisfaction, and friendly desk staff.
Hickle lives with her family in St. Michael where she also homeschools.
