Should You Be Cleansing?

Should You Be Cleansing?

What are The Benefits of a Nutritional Internal Cleanse?

Our bodies are exposed to toxins every day. Most toxins are environmental; we may rub them on our skin, breath them in from our dishwasher, ingest them from our food, or create them with daily movement. We are designed to eliminate toxins from the body and most of the time, our cleansing organs (kidneys and liver) do their job without a hitch- and we should be thankful for them!

However, there are times when our internal organs need a super boost. Examples of these times could be after an illness or to prevent an illness, during times of heavy stress or to prepare for a stressful season, and most importantly when our nutrition has failed us and we need to start over.

When done properly (and for the right reasons), nutritional cleanses recharge, rejuvenate, and renew our bodies. Cleansing the stress organs can help to remove toxins from the body. Cleansing the stomach and intestines can encourage successful weight loss.

Proper nutritional cleansing is not a luxury, it is a necessity.
