The vinegar and oil "bar" offers tastings, similar to a winery, where you can mix and match your favorite products.

Headed north to the Brainerd Lakes area this holiday season? There's still a chance for you to support a local couple's business.

After years in the so-called rat race, a St. Michael couple has launched a venture in entrepreneurship, opening Loide’ Oils and Vinegars in Nisswa this year.

Operated by Steve and Lois Hensel, the shop, pronounced Loh-EEH-Deh, features fresh vinegars imported from Italy and bottled on site, matched with oils that reach beyond salads and bread dips.
