1. Coffee: As an adult, we’ll take what we can get and a free coffee is a free coffee.
Both Starbucks and Caribou Coffee offer a free birthday coffee drink. For Starbucks, you must register a Starbucks card on their website and the coupon will come in the mail the month of your birthday. For Caribou, sign up on their website and you’ll get an email the week of your birthday.

2. Dinner: Who says you can't have a free lunch? Or, even supper? Below are some restaurants that offer a free meal for the birthday child. Pre-registration on their websites may be required.
