Last week, I was pleased to have Otsego City Councilman Tom Darkenwald testify in favor of House File 1310, a bill to help finance the expansion of I-94, before the House Transportation Finance Committee. Tom is the Vice President of Darkenwald & Sons, a director on the board of the I-94 West Coalition, and serves on the board of the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce. I appreciate Tom taking the time to come to St. Paul to express his support for this proposal. I’m proud to serve as a co-author of this legislation so we can ensure that I-94 is a safe and efficient roadway for all who use it.
