Minnesota Author Frederick Blanch to Appear at St. Michael Library

The critically acclaimed author and one-time beekeeper will present his book," Last Words: Frederick's Bionary."

Author Frederick Blanch will give a presentation for adults, teens and preteens 10 and older at the St. Michael Public Library on Thursday, March 21 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

His book “Last Words: Frederick’s Bionary,” provides an account of the author’s life using key words to provide focus. He was a child during the Great Depression in a tiny Minnesotan farming community, and his working life has included stints as a printer, actor, beekeeper, television producer and photographer.

“Last Words” was nominated for a Minnesota Book Award.

This presentation is funded in part with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
