St. Michael Lions Bierstube

Two great St. Michael events are staged for this summer:

St. Michael Lions are bringing back “The Bierstube” July 19th

Daze & Knights St. Michael festival August 8th & 9th

Bierstube:
The St. Michael Lions are bringing back the Bierstube to help them celebrate their 50th anniversary Saturday, July 19th at the St. Michael parish school parking lot, and everyone is invited. There will be live music from 3:30-11:30  p,m,, a United Way / St. Michael Lions sponsored free German dinner from 3:30-7:30 with specially made bierstube sausage, saurkraut and German potato salad. Beer and water will be available throughout the day.

Polka music by Bavarian Boys Band is playing from 3:30-7:30pm and then the Todd Hurst Band will take the stage for some great country sounds frin 8:00 until 11:30 p.m.  This promises to be a great family event during the afternoon and early evening, switching to a 21 and over get-together in the evening.

$25 Bottomless beverages start at 8 p.m., complete with a souvenir beer mug. A variety of wine, beer and soft drinks will be available to fill your mug. And sober cabs will be available for a safe trip home.

The St. Michael Bierstube was an annual celebration in St. Michael for 28 years (1965-1993) put on by the St. Michael Lions Club. It highlighted the German heritage associated with St. Michael. Daze & Knights:
Also mark your calendar for the Friday, August 8th and Saturday, August 9th St. Michael Daze & Knights. The featured evening entertainment is Dueling Duo (Dueling Pianos) on Friday 8pm-12
midnight and Shane Martin Band on Saturday from 8pm-12 midnight. These shows are for 21 and over, but there is something for everyone outside the main stage tent.

Bring the entire family for: Inflatables, Car Show, Mud Run, Chalk Walk, Business Expo, Craft Show And Farmers Market, Bean Bag Tournament, Treasure Hunt, Beer Gardens, Bingo, Parade, Pedal Pull, Dunk Tank, Gonzo the Clown, Pork Chop Dinner, Petting Zoo, Softball Tournament, Fireworks and more!
