Caribou, Starbucks, Dunn Brothers.....a coffee shop! Even an old fashioned one like others have said that includes the bakery idea. There's a lot of other un-developed land that needs something too, like that triangle-shaped piece of land off of 241 where the traffic splits. St. Michael does need some upgrades, but I also really cherish the small town feel. I've had dreams of quitting my "day job" and opening a small town, old fashioned ice cream parlor somewhere. Wouldn't that look great? Poor Dairy Queen :)

With possible existing structures, an antiques/crafting retail that is subleased to a number of vendors with the garage structures featuring tool/work areas. Almost like an antiques mall but within the existing structure. Obviously the structure would need electrical and some basic remodeling necessary to make it useable.
