Albertville Queen, Sydney shows Make-A-Wish Queen for a Day, Alexis the ropes!

Every year Albertville royalty sponsors a make a wish girl. We give her the opportunity to be queen for a day! This year we were lucky enough to be paired up with a lovely little 7 year old girl, Alexis. 

Her day started off with getting her hair done at the Insparations Salon in Albertville. She got her hair curled while the princesses and I painted her nails. From there we headed right across the street the the Albertville Perkins to have breakfast with Alexis and her family. 

We took Alexis to the Osseo parade. She walked around before the parade with us to meet with other visiting royalties. She even got to try on The Queen of the Lakes crown! During the parade Alexis sat in my queens spot on the float. We gave we a flowers to hold and she even got to work our smoke machine! She loved being queen for the parade.

After, we went to Dairy Queen and got some treats. We visited for a whole then presented Alexis and her family with gifts. They were so appreciative. That was the end of our fabulous and memorable day! I am so grateful we had the opportunity to make a difference in this families life.
