"Mission Night" - GIRLS ONLY!

On Thursday night, Queen Sydney and mom Brenda, Princess’ Katie and Brittany, Jr Miss Maddy and her mommy, committee members Kelly M. and Alyssa and my mommy and I all met at city hall in Albertville. All they kept saying was that we were on a mission and going to a shopping mall somewhere. So we split up and took two cars to Crossroads Mall in St. Cloud. Maddy and I rode together in my truck and we had so much fun goofing around and giggling in the backseat all the way to the mall. Alyssa took pictures and our mommies just TALKED. I was surprised when we got to the mall because I had never been to a mall that was indoors! The reason we were there was to find some pretty new dresses for our upcoming parades. Our first parade is in Buffalo on Saturday June 15, 2013.

We walked and walked and watched Queen Sydney and Princess’ Brittany and Katie try on dresses. It did not take them long to find a cute dress for Western parades. While they continued to look, Maddy and I got a chance to try on some dresses too. We found a patriotic dress for the 4th of July and also a dress for the Western themed parades. On a bathroom break, I found a really cool Willy Wonka candy machine. You put in some money, picked the candy you wanted, and the machine spit it out in to a cup. This was definitely one of the highlights of my night! We passed the cup around and I found out that Princess Katie REALLY likes Shockers- a super duper sour candy that looks like Sprees. Princess Brittany likes them too.

Eventually my feet got too tired to walk and Maddy and I hitched a ride with our mommies. Shopping can really wear out two Jr Misses in a hurry. We decided to call it a night while the Sr girls continued on with their shopping and dinner afterwards. It was a fun night of shopping, laughing, and walking (too much!)
