St Michael Albertville Senior Chooses Unique Senior Portraits

We sort of stumbled on to doing photography of high school dancers this spring, and it's really been a lot of fun. Completely new territory, but fun. 

One of our commitments to our clients, however, is that we'll never do the exact same thing twice, especially on location.  So when Maddie, a senior at St. Michael Albertville High School contacted us after seeing some of our other ballerina / dance imagery, nothing but the unexpected would do for her and she was willing to put her ideas into our hands, and we think the results are worth noting. 

Maddie was a great sport - not only was she on a public street in downtown Minneapolis, but the sun was blazing hot and she was having to perform a wide variety of dance poses without much stretching or preparation. 

Senior photos do not have to be the expected, and it can be an exciting experience with imagery worth the trouble if both the client and the photographer are willing to take some risks.  It's not for everyone, but hopefully seeing images that capture who your kid really is is worth it.
