Roberta Ann (Kerkvliet) Girard, age 78, of St. Michael and formerly of Ghent, Minnesota.
She was born on December 16, 1933 the daughter of Gerard & Ann Van Keulen Kerkvliet.
On September 20, 1955, Roberta Ann Kerkvliet and Vincent Girard were joined in holy marriage in Ghent, Minnesota. God blessed their marriage with eight daughters.
Roberta was formerly employed as a LPN Nurse and worked at St. Therese Nursing Home then her own health care business.
She was a faithful member of The Church of St. Michael in St. Michael.

Girard Reinking, Garth Reinking and Grady Reinking; great grandchildren: Ella Nonweiler, Holden Nonweiler, Maya Eull, Miles Rorvig and Marshall Heuring; a sister: Mariel (Tom) Maeyaert; sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law: Rita (George) Laleman, , Bob & Barbara Brewers, Elaine Kerkvliet, Julie Wyffels and Ambrose Girard; many other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents: Gerard & Ann Kerkvliet, a brother: John Kerkvliet, brothers-in-law: Gerald Boerboom & Jim Wyffels and by sisters-in-law: Marion Boerboom & Pat Girard.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Roberta Girard was held on Thursday, August 30th at 11:00 A.M. at The Church of St. Michael in St. Michael. Father Peter Richards was the Celebrant.
