Alcohol, Drug Violations Lead Busy Week for Wright County Sheriff's Department

The following individuals have been arrested and charged in Wright County over the past week. All are innocent until proven guilty. 

Oct. 14

Gregory Alfred Clark, 58, St. Cloud was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.

Carissa Rose Merritt, 23, Minneapolis was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for receiving stolen property.

James Michael Oliver, 28, Menahga was arrested in Wadena County on Wright County warrants for 2nd degree burglary and 2nd degree assault.

Cody Lee Holder, 19, Annandale was charged with felony criminal sexual conduct.

Dolly Frances Norris, 47, Maple Lake was arrested in Maple Lake on the charge 2nd degree DWI.

Shawn Thomas Iees, 26, Sauk Rapids was arrested in Monticello on the charges possession stolen property and theft.

Jaclyn Marie Heyen, 22, of Zimmerman was arrested in Buffalo on a Sherburne County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

Oct. 15

Charles Alan Jacobson, 22, St. Francis was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for disorderly conduct.

Lance Richard Mester, 21, St. Paul was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Steven Patrick Bechtold, 34, Monticello was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.

Nicole Ann Smith, 20, Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of domestic assault and 5th degree assault.

Denise Marie Robinson, 25, Minneapolis was arrested in Benton County on a Wright County warrant for theft.

Timothy Carl Weber, 39, of Annandale was arrested in Annandale on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

Steven Kevin Lubbers, 53, Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of interference with a 911 call.

Oct. 16

Phillip John Nichols, 27, Rockford was arrested in Rockford on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

Charles Thomas Woodward, 18, Delano was arrested in Delano on a Wright County warrant for violation of conditions of release.

Corey Allen Lotz, 20, Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

Benjamin Karl Droneck, 20, Darwin was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.

Timothy David Rousu, 24, Annandale was arrested in Annandale on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

Eric William Borders, 35, Otsego was arrested in Otsego on a Wright County warrant for violation of conditions of release.

Oct. 17

Justin Walker, 22, Montrose was arrested in Montrose on a US Army warrant for military desertion.

Cody Lee Richard Duane Hawes, 22, Cokato was arrested in Sherburne County on Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation and 3rd degree burglary.

Denise Marie Robinson, 25, Minneapolis was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of introduction of contraband into jail.

Deborah Lee Diedrich, 58, Cross Lake was arrested in Olmstead County on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

Chris Jon Reichert, 39, Sturgis, SD was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for disorderly conduct.

Emmanuel Martell Johnson, 22, Brooklyn Park was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for theft.

Phetanong Sirivong, 33, Otsego was arrested in Scott County on a Wright County warrant for terroristic threats.

Douglas Wayne Gravelle, 34, Sartell was arrested in Stearns County on probable cause 1st degree armed robbery.

Oct. 18

Jeremy Cromwell Phyle, 32, Kimball was arrested in Monticello Township on Wright County warrants for 5th degree controlled substance violation and domestic assault.

John Mulbah Clark, 22, Brooklyn Center was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Timothy Allen Hanson, 47, Otsego was arrested in Otsego on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

Caleb Eugene Wrolson, 32, Otsego was arrested in Otsego on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation.

Derek James Painschab, 22, Buffalo was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for 1st degree controlled substance violation.

Jessica Lee Strassburg, 36, Elbow Lake was arrested in Stearns County on a Wright County warrant for check forgery.

Matthew York Chandler, 32, Little Falls was arrested in Monticello on a Morrison County warrant for tamper with motor vehicle.

Oct. 19

Jesse Lee Vieths, 30, Montrose was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.

 Richard James Vannort, 23, Elk River was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for failure to register as a predatory offender.

Morris Ray Sheppard, 43, Little Falls was arrested in Monticello on the charge of violation of a domestic abuse no contact order.

Jazmin Marie Chatham, 23, Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on a Sherburne County warrant for probation violation.

 Michael Brian Parkinson, 39, Plymouth was arrested in Montrose on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.

Jeffrey Daniel Goswitz, 25, Little Canada was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Amanda Jeanette Dunning, 36, Montrose was arrested in Monticello Township on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

 Megan Renee Harms, 36, Monticello was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.

Oct. 20

Cesar Eric Jimenez, 30, Oakdale was arrested in Waverly on the charge of 2nd degree DWI. Roger Lloyd Freeberg, 74, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo Township on the charges of attempted murder, 2nd degree assault and terroristic threats.

Wright County Deputies reported 23 property damage accidents, two personal injury accidents, a hit-and-run and seven car vs. deer accidents.

There were eight arrests for DWI and 45 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
