Arrests in Albertville Burglaries, Fleeing Police: Wright County Arrest Report

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies May 6-11, 2013. All individuals are charged but are innocent until proven guilty in Wright County District Court.

May 6

• A 20-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.

May 7

• A 37-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of false information to police and a MN Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation.
• A 51-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of 2nd degree DWI, contempt of court and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

May 8

• A 21-year-old St. Paul man was arrested in Albertville on the charge of burglary.
• A 26-year-old St. Paul man was arrested in Albertville on the charge of burglary.
• A 23-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on a Stearns County warrant for disorderly conduct.
• A 22-year-old Harris man was arrested in Albertville on the charge of burglary.
• A 38-year-old Wisconsin woman was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

May 9

• A 19-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of motor vehicle theft, tampering with motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft.

May 10

• A 27year-old Foreston man was arrested in Albertville on a Mille Lacs County warrant for domestic assault.
• A  21-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for underage consumption.
• A 21-year-old Buffalo man was charged with misdemeanor 5th degree assault.

May 11

• A 31-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of theft.
• A 45-year-old Hanover man was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
• A 21-year-old Rogers man was arrested in Otsego on the charge of criminal damage to property and flee police on foot.

There were 23 property damage accidents, four personal injury accidents, one hit and run accidents and three car deer accidents.

There were 11 arrests for DWI, two underage Consumption arrest, one school bus stop arm violations and 41 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
