Assaults, Alcohol Incidents: Wright County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

Wright County Deputies reported the following arrests over the last week in and around the county. All individuals are charged but are innocent until proven guilty in Wright County District Court. 

March 18

• A 28-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested in Anoka County on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree assault.

March 19

• A 30-year-old Otsego woman was charged with gross misdemeanor 3rd degree DWI.
• A 29-year-old Albertville man was arrested in Albertville on charges of 2nd degree test refusal and 3rd degree DWI.

March 20

• Tracy James Taylor, 52, of Hamel was arrested in Hennepin County on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
• James Robert Lee, 31, of St. Michael was arrested in St. Michael on an apprehension and detention order from MN Department of Corrections.
• Blake Spencer Legerski, 20, of Elk River was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear.
• A 44-year-old of Otsego woman was arrested in Otsego on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for 1st degree DWI.
• A 32-year-old Albertville woman was arrested in Albertville on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation.
• A 37-year-old Albertville man was arrested in Albertville on the charges of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.

March 22

• Daniel Joseph Rossberg, 22, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on a apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.
• A 38-year-old of Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct.
• A 22-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo Township on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.
• A 21-year-old Otsego man was arrested in Otsego on the charges of domestic assault by strangulation and domestic assault.
• A 27-year-old Otsego man was arrested in Otsego on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

March 24

• A 30-year-old Otsego man was arrested in Otsego on the charge of domestic assault.

There were 39 property damage accidents, two personal injury accidents, four hit and run accidents and seven car/deer accidents.

There were 12 arrests for DWI, two school bus stop arm violations and 149 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
