Burglary, Public Nuisance and DWIs: Wright County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

The following arrest information was supplied by the Wright County Sheriff's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies April 29 to May 6, 2013. All individuals are charged but are innocent until proven guilty in Wright County District Court.

April 29

A 33-year-old Rogers man was arrested in Sherburne County on Wright County warrants for possession of burglary tools and theft.

A 20-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.

A 28-year-old Big Lake man was arrested in St. Michael on a Wright County warrant for violation of conditions of release.

A 36-year-old Mesquite, TX, man was arrested in Albertville on the charges of public nuisance and theft.

April 30

A 23-year-old woman with no permanent address was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for forgery.

A 46-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for fifth-degree controlled substance violation.

May 1

A 41-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of diving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

A 31-year-old Albertville man was arrested in Albertville on the charge of fifth-degree controlled substance violation.

May 2

A 31-year-old Elk River man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of second-degree DWI.

May 3

A 42-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested in Sherburne County on an apprehension and detention order from the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

May 4

A 43-year-old Dayton man was arrested in Dayton on the charge of third-degree DWI test refusal.

May 5

A 55-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

There were 18 property damage accidents, one personal injury accidents, one hit-and-run accident and two car/deer accidents.

There were eight arrests for DWI, one underage consumption arrest, no school bus stop arm violations and 45 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
