Crashes, Drunk Drivers Keep Wright County Deputies Busy

A December snowstorm and some jilted lovers made for a busy week of arrests in Wright County. 

All incidents are reported as arrests. Most have been charged and made their first appearance in Wright County District Court. All of those named are innocent until proven guilty in court. 

Dec 2

Brian Russell Rudolph, 39, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.

David Lyle Austin, 26, of St. Michael was arrested in Sherburne County on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation.

Dec. 3

Martin William Danielson, 23, of Morris was arrested in Otsego on the charge of receiving stolen property.

Brittney Nicole Turner, 25, of Minneapolis was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.

Matthew Patrick Delare, 41, of Cokato was arrested in St. Michael on the charges of 5th degree controlled substance violation and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

Tyrone Ray-Herbert Hylland, 31, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on Wright County warrant for 3rd degree DWI.

Dec. 4

Jared Dean Anderson, 20, of Buffalo was arrested in Albertville on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

Kevin Rees Nicholls, 36, of Buffalo was charged with felony 2nd degree controlled substance sale.

 Katie Ann Gould, 22, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.

Dec. 5

 Keith Alan Baker, 39, of St. Cloud was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance.

Michael John Steffens, 31, of Monticello was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 2nd degree DWI.

 Camille Jones Foster, 41, of Annandale was arrested in Annandale on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

Dec. 6

Stephanie Lashay Boyland, 28, of Minneapolis was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for fraud.

Steven Robert Keesling, 19, of Monticello was arrested in Monticello on the charge of possession of stolen property.

William Virgil Miller, 46, of Alvin, Texas was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Heather Carin Eckert, 35, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on an Otter Tail County warrant for probation violation.

Darren Michael Ochocki, 44, of Otsego was arrested in Otsego on Blue Earth County warrants for stalking and violation of a harassment restraining order.

Dec. 8

Patrick Anthony Staunton, 45, of Buffalo was arrested in Delano on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Laura Susan Wyman, 48, of Monticello was arrested in Albertville on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

Dylan James Ogren, 19, of Buffalo was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of violation of a court order.

Wright County deputies reported 107 Property Damage Accidents, six Personal Injury Accidents, four Hit and Run Accidents and six Car vs. Deer Accidents. There were eight arrests for DWI and 99 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
