Criminal Sexual Conduct, Assault: Wright County Sheriff’s Office Report

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies Sept. 3-8, 2013. 

Sept. 3

• A 23-year-old Monticello woman was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

• A 61-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Albertville on a Wright County warrant for 4th degree criminal sexual conduct.

• A 21-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on a Stearns County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

• A 44-year-old Maple Lake woman was arrested in St. Michael on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.

Sept. 4

• A 40-year-old North Dakota man was arrested in Albertville on a LeSueur County warrant for disturbing the peace.

Sept. 5

• A 22-year-old Buffalo woman was charged with misdemeanor 5th degree assault.

• A 75-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for theft.

Sept. 6

• A 34-year-old St. Louis Park man was arrested in Otsego on the charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.

• A 26-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on the charges of violation of an order for protection and false information to police.

• A 51-year-old Buffalo woman was charged with 2 counts of misdemeanor violation of a harassment restraining order.

• A 65-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of 5th degree assault.

• A 25-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Albertville on the charge of domestic assault.

Sept. 7

• A 34-year-old Annandale man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 2nd degree DWI.

Sept. 8

• A 28-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of 3rd degree DWI.

• A 37-year-old Otsego man was arrested in Otsego on the charges of violation of a domestic abuse no contact order and violation of conditions of release.

• A 30-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charges of violation of domestic abuse no contact order and flee police on foot.

There were 28 property damage accidents, five personal injury accidents, three car/deer accidents.

There were four arrests for DWI, two underage consumption arrests, and 64 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
