Debra Larson: Timothy Huber Called Us 'Rich City People Who Need to Figure Things Out'

At a Kandiyohi County court hearing Friday, Timothy Larson's widow and 10 others testified ahead of Timothy Huber's April murder trial.

Eleven witnesses took the stand Friday in a Kandiyohi County court hearing ahead of the scheduled April 22, 2013 trial of Timothy Huber, who prosecutors accuse of killing Tim Larson of Albertville in 2011.

KWLM reported:

An all-day hearing is taking place at the Kandiyohi County Courthouse in Willmar today for 47-year-old Timothy Huber of rural Paynesville. The hearing is to determine what evidence and testimony will be allowed during Huber's murder trial in Willmar starting April 22nd, with a pre-trial hearing slated for April 16th. Huber is charged with one count of 1st Degree Murder and 2 counts of 2nd Degree Murder for the October 8th 2011 shooting death of 43-year-old Tim Larson of Albertville.

Debra Larson also said that her husband asked her to make banana bread to bring to Timothy and Delbert Huber’s home because not many people were nice to the Hubers and the Larsons were going to be nice to the Hubers. ... 

She said Timothy Huber accused her husband of “spending money on a hunting trip instead of taking care of Norman [Larson, Timothy Larson's father]” and that Huber called her family “rich city people who need to figure things out.”
