Drug Arrests, Car-Deer Accidents Lead Police Blotter

A look at St. Michael, Albertville, Otsego and Rogers arrests and police calls in the past week.

Three area arrests in the past week — in St. Michael, Albertville and Rogers — were on the charges of controlled substance violations.

The Wright County Sheriff's Office also kept busy with several accidents — there were 23 car-deer accidents between Nov. 26 and Dec. 2.

The following St. Michael, Albertville, Otsego and Rogers arrests were reported by Wright County deputies. An arrest means the person has been taken into custody and, in most cases, charged with the crime listed.

Nov. 28

Colleen Kay Jerde, 41, of Otsego was arrested in Otsego on the charges of third-degree DWI and child endangerment.

David James Dubel, 34, of St. Michael was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of fifth-degree controlled substance violation.

Nov. 29

Zachary Tyler Taylor, 44, of St. Cloud was arrested in Albertville on the charges of first-degree controlled substance violation and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

Nov. 30

Joseph Tyler Senear, 27, of Rogers was arrested in Delano on the charges of fifth-degree controlled substance violation and possession of stolen property.

Robert Richard Cloutier, 43, of Otsego was arrested in Otsego on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

Dec. 1

Thomas John Rolland Hanson, 26, of Albertville was arrested in Albertville on the charge of third-degree DWI.

Dec. 2

Desiree Kara Butler, 24, of Otsego was arrested in Otsego on the charge of second-degree DWI.

There were four property-damage accidents, one personal injury accident, one hit-and-run accident and 23 car-deer accidents.

There were 19 arrests for DWI, 13 underage consumption arrests, no school bus stop arm violations and 26 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.
