DWI's, Medical Calls Create Busy Week for St. Michael Area First Responders

Wright County Deputies and the reported the following calls over the last seven-day period.

March 13

Michael John Steffens, 29, Albertville was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 2nd degree DWI.

March 14

Andrew Patrick Thompson, 37, Hanover was arrested in Hanover on the charge of domestic assault.

March 16

Reid Robert Nelson, 26, of Fridley was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of 2nd degree DWI.

The department responded to a medical call in the 100th block of Edgewood Avenue SE.  There was a 3 year old having a seizure.

March 18

Kimberly Renee Lucas, 25, of St. Paul was arrested in St. Michael on charges of aiding kidnapping and aiding an offender.

Aaron Andre Reynolds, 29, of St. Paul was arrested in Hennepin County on charges of kidnapping, domestic assault and violation of an order for protection.

The department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 94 at Highway 241.  They were cancelled en-route. 

March 19

The department responded to a medical call in the 400th block of Dogwood Court NW.  There was a 17-year-old male having a seizure.

The department was dispatched to a medical call in the 4000th block of Edgewood Drive NE.  They cancelled en-route.

The department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 94 at Highway 241.  They were cancelled en-route.

The department responded to a fire alarm call in the 600th block of Ridge Drive SE. 

Wright County Deputies reported there were 13 property damage accidents, four personal injury accidents, three hit-and-runs and two car vs. deer accidents. There were three additional arrests for DWI, 17 underage consumption arrests and 70 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.
