Eagan Burglar to More than Three Years in Prison for Part in Wright County Break-Ins

A look at this week's Wright County District Court sentencings.

An Eagan man who was one of two people involved in a string of Wright County burglaries was sentenced to more than three years in prison earlier this month in Wright County District Court. 

Timothy Paul Afanasiev, 22, of Eagan, sentenced on Oct. 7 for Felony Burglary in the Second Degree to 39 months prison, provide DNA sample. He was sentenced by Judge Strand.

Juan Manuel Ayala, 23, of Okeechobee, Florida, sentenced Oct. 11 for Misdemeanor Assault in the Fifth Degree to 90 days jail, $100 fine; 86 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 4 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, complete an anger management program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

William Timothy Barlow, 29, of Delano, sentenced Oct. 9 for Interfere with a 911 Call to 90 days jail, $200 fine; 89 days stayed for one year on the conditions of probation, serve 1 day jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete Wright County Batterer's Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Gregory Alfred Clark, 58, of St. Cloud, sentenced Oct. 14 for Probation Violations for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 30 days jail. Sentenced by Judge McPherson.

Tonya Jo Claspill , 44, of St. Michael, sentenced Oct. 14 for Gross Misdemeanor Second Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,800 stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, attend Awareness Panel for Impaired Drivers, attend a support group, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, remain medically compliant, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

 

Anthony James Demarco, 21 , of Annandale, sentenced Oct. 14 for Gross Misdemeanor Receiving Stolen Property to 365 days jail, $185 fine; 350 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $185 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge McPherson.

 

Victor Tombekai Doe, 22, of Buffalo, sentenced on Oct. 9 for Misdemeanor Assault in the Fifth Degree to 90 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

 

Calvin Joe Fenn, 42, of Monticello, sentenced on Oct. 4 for Gross Misdemeanor Violation of an Order for Protection to 365 days jail; 335 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, complete the Domestic Abuse Batterer's Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order/no contact order, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, do not enter victim's residence, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for Gross Misdemeanor Violation of an Order for Protection to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 335 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, concurrent, pay $300 plus surcharges, follow above conditions. Donald Ray Fern, 47, of Buffalo, sentenced on Oct. 11 for Felony Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree to 15 months prison, provide DNA sample. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

 

Jenni Lynn Gale, 38, of Buffalo, sentenced on Oct. 14 for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 362 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level I driving program, attend Awareness Panel for Impaired Drivers, have no same or similar violations. Evan Eugene Kincaid, 19, of Buffalo, sentenced on Oct. 4 for Felony Simple Robbery to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations. Anthony Ralph Kodlowski, 42, of Brooklyn Center, sentenced on Oct. 11 for Felony Theft to a stay of execution for 20 years on conditions of probation, serve 200 days jail, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, pay restitution, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.
