St. Michael area arrests that were reported by Wright County Sheriff's Office in the past week are listed below. An arrest means the person has been taken into custody and, in most cases, charged with the crime listed.
Feb. 19
Jessica Kae Monyok, 30, of St. Michael was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for disorderly conduct.
Travis John Hawkinson, 29, of Elk River was arrested in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for violation of a domestic abuse no contact order.
Feb. 20
Todd Russell Sutherland, 44, of St. Michael was arrested in St. Michael on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
Hienok Demessie, 22, of Otsego was arrested in Monticello on the charge of felon in possession of a firearm and obstructing legal process without force.
In the past week in Wright County, there were 43 property damage accidents, three personal injury accidents, four hit-and-run accidents and four car-deer accidents.
There were seven arrests for DWI, one underage consumption arrest, two school bus stop arm violations and 53 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported in the past week.
