Fergus Man Arrested on Warrant After Theft in Albertville

The following fire and sheriff's department calls were listed over the last 10 days be their respective organizations. All information is provided by the departments.

February 17

Albertville Fire and Rescue (AFD) responded to a vehicle accident at7:23 p.m. the 11000 block of 61st street NE. Cancelled  en route by deputy.

February 18

AFD responded with mutual aid to St. Michael for a grass fire at 1:32 p.m. in the area of 34th street and Kahl.

AFD responded to a medical emergency at4:26 p.m. on the 11400 block of 77th Street NE in Otsego for a male with a medical issue.

AFD responded to a vehicle accident on at8:20 p.m. at the intersection of Country Road 19 and 57th Street.

February 19

AFD responded to a vehicle accident at 1:43 p.m. at the intersection of Country Road 19 and County Road 37.

AFD responded to a grass fire at 9:28 p.m. on Barthel Industrial Drive. A small area flared up from the controlled burn earlier in the day.

February 20

AFD responded to a semi truck leaking diesel fuel at 11:20 p.m. at the corner of West Lakeshore Drive and West Laketowne Drive.

Feburary 21

Gray David Soltis, 21, of St Michael was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.

Joshua Tobyus Moen, 32, of Fergus Falls was arrested in Albertville on an Otter Tail County warrant for theft by check.

February 25

Jason Carl Klemesrud, 39, of Otsego was arrested in St Michael on the charge of criminal vehicular operation.

February 26

The St. Michael Fire Department (SMFD) responded to a medical call in the 12000th block of 43rd Street NE.  There was a female who had possibly overdosed on medication.

Jacob Charles Ekern, 24, of Otsego was arrested in Otsego on a Stevens County warrant for terroristic threats.

 February 29

The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 100th block of Main Street S.  There was an 80 year old male having chest pain.

The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 4000th block of ODay Avenue NE.  There was a male having chest pains.

Wright County deputies reported there were 14 property damage accidents, one personal injury accident and two hit-and-run accidents.

There were six arrests for DWI, eight underage consumption arrests and 109 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.
