Fire and Police Calls Rise in St. Michael Over Halloween Week

The St. Michael Fire Department and the Wright County Sheriff's Office reported the follwing calls for the week leading up to Nov. 1.

October 25

Portchia Marie Einfeldt, 23, of Plymouth was arrested in Albertville for theft and possession of shoplifting gear.

Irene Monique Martin, 26, of Brooklyn Park was arrested in Albertville for theft and possession of shoplifting gear.

Michael David Meisenholder, 43, of St Michael was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for interfere with a 911 call.

Erik David Lundeen, 31, of St Michael was arrested in St Michael for terroristic threats; obstruct legal process and disorderly conduct.

October 26

Sondra Gene Vanhall, 22, of St Michael was arrested in St Michael for 5th degree controlled substance violation. 

October 28

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a medical call in the 1000th block of Kadler Avenue NE.  There was a diabetic male party vomiting uncontrollably.

October 29

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a fire call in the 10th block of Central Avenue E.  There was a vehicle on fire.

Brian Wilfred Drechsel, 49, of Otsego was arrested in Otsego for 2nd degree assault.

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a fire call in the 12000th block of 77th Street NE in Otsego.  There was a barn on fire.

October 30

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a medical call in the 4000th block of Jana Avenue NE.  There was a 62-year-old female having difficulty breathing.

Holly Katrina Lea, 39, of Monticello was arrested in Albertville for 3rd degree DWI.

October 31

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a medical call in the 1000th block of Garrison Avenue NE.  There was a 62-year-old male having an insulin reaction.

November 2

St. Michael Fire Department responded to a medical call in the 40th block of St. Michael Parkway E.  There was a person stuck in an elevator.

St. Michael Fire Department department responded to a medical call in the 3000th block of Kahl Avenue NE.  A male was having difficulty breathing.

The Sheriff's Department repoted 16 property damage accidents, three personal injury accidents, five hit-and-run accidents and six car vs. deer accidents.

There were seven arrests for DWI, one underage consumption arrest, and 86 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.

The Wright County Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that Wright County Government Offices are closed on Thursday Nov. 24 and Friday Nov. 25 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
