'I'm Still in Shock. RIP Phillip': Social Media Mourns Phillip LaVallee
Friends and fellow runners expressed grief and offered sympathy online after Phillip LaVallee was killed in traffic will jogging along County Rd. 19.
Sorrow poured out online Friday as people learned that the pedestrian killed while jogging Thursday on the shoulder of County Rd. 19 in Otsego was Phillip Gregory LaVallee, 19, of Otsego.

Maggie It did occur on CR 19, just north of 80th street...really wish there was a path on 19 that extended from the mall all the way out to CR 39 by Timothy's. Would be really nice for the developments out here and much safer!
