Recent Robbers Sentenced to Time in Wright County Jail

The weekly report of jail sentences handed down in Wright County District Court, provided by County Attorney Tom Kelly's office.

The following sentences were handed down in Wright County District Court in late October, according to information provided by Wright County Attorney Tom Kelly's office.  

Timothy Myron Boll, 42, St. Michael, on Oct. 22 the charge of Misdemeanor Domestic Assault was dismissed.

Bradley V. Bottenfield Jr., 47, Minneapolis, sentenced on Oct. 24 for Probation Violations for Felony Fleeing a Peace Officer to 10 days jail, serve 45 days on electronic home monitoring. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Jordan Michael Campa, 22, Hanover, sentenced on Oct 23 for Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct to 90 days jail; 76 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 14 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, attend a support group, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, undergo counseling, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

James Patrick Campbell, 56, St. Michael, sentenced on Oct. 25 for Gross Misdemeanor Second Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $500 fine; 345 days stayed for five years on conditions of probation, serve 20 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, attend Awareness Panel for Impaired Drivers, pay restitution, serve 40 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Jason Edward Cason, 33, St. Cloud, sentenced on Oct. 27 for Probation Violations for Felony Burglary in the Third Degree to 18 months prison. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Osayame Emanuel Igho-Osagie, 21, Buffalo, sentenced on Oct. 24 for Misdemeanor Assault in the Fifth Degree to 90 days jail, provide DNA sample, pay restitution. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Christina Lucille Larson, 32, Monticello, sentenced on Oct. 31 for Felony Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, obtain permission before leaving the state, remain medically compliant, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, provide DNA sample, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Justin Michael Lund, 32, Big Lake, sentenced on Oct. 24 for Gross Misdemeanor Driving After Cancellation to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 359 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 6 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Albert Ralph Lyrek Jr., age 61, of Delano, sentenced on Oct. 31 for Misdemeanor Violation of No Contact Order to 90 days jail, $100 fine; 87 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $100 fine plus law library fee, undergo an anger management assessment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Matthew Barrett Martin, 36, Buffalo, sentenced on Nov. 1 for Gross Misdemeanor Driving After Cancellation to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 341 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 24 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for Probation Violations for Gross Misdemeanor Second Degree DWI to 24 days jail, concurrent. Sentenced by Judge

Lon Andrew Mingo, 45, Buffalo, sentenced on Oct. 30 for Felony Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree to a stay of imposition for 20 years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, obtain permission before leaving the state, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Dustin John Palm, 24, Rockford, sentenced on Oct. 30 for Probation Violations for Felony Burglary in the Second Degree to 60 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Laura Lee Rooker, 45, St. Michael, sentenced Oct. 25 for Misdemeanor Fourth Degree DWI to 90 days jail, $200 fine; 87 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, complete a chemical education class, serve 5 days sentence to service, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Timothy David Rousu, 24, Annandale, sentenced on Oct. 25 for Probation Violations for Felony Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree to 30 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Jennifer Lynn Schroeder, 31, Monticello, sentenced on Oct. 29 for Felony Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree to a stay of execution for 40 years on conditions of probation, serve 365 days jail, pay $500 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete a treatment program, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Timothy Carl Weber, 39, Annandale, sentenced on 10/29/13 for Probation Violations for Felony Controlled Substance Crime in the Second Degree to 24 months prison. Sentenced by Judge Davis.
