Recent Sentencings in Wright County Court

The following court cases involving area arrests were handed down in Wright County Court. 

The following felony sentencing information was provided by the Wright County Attorney's Office as of Sept. 8, 2013.

Berscheid, Jon Fredrick, age 52, of Golden Valley, sentenced on Aug. 30, 2013 for Burglary in the Fourth Degree to 365 days jail; 335 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Halsey. 

Fulton, Solomon Ali, age 32, of Dayton, sentenced on Sept. 3, 2103 for Felony Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree to 24 months prison, pay $75 surcharges.  Sentenced by Judge McPherson. 

Gipson, Linda Sue, age 52, of Annandale, sentenced on Aug. 29, 2013 for Felony Possession of Burglary or Theft Tools to a stay of execution for three years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, pay restitution, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for Gross Misdemeanor Theft to 365 days jail; 365 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, pay restitution, stay out of Buffalo Verizon.  Sentenced for Probation Violations for Terroristic Threats to 20 days jail, concurrent.  Sentenced for Probation Violations for Felony Assault in the Second Degree to 20 days jail, concurrent.  Sentenced by Judge Strand. 

MacRunnels, Sharon Ann, age 44, of Maple Lake, sentenced on Sept. 6, 2013 for Probation Violations for Felony Burglary in the Third Degree to five days jail.  Sentenced by Judge Strand.  

Nelson, Devonta Derrick, age 20, of Minneapolis, sentenced on Sept. 3, 2013 for Felony Aid and Abet Receiving Stolen Property to 13 months prison.  Sentenced by Judge McPherson. 

Pinkston, James Michael, age 43, of St. Cloud, sentenced on Aug. 30, 2013 for Felony Aid and Abet Terroristic Threats to 31 months prison, pay restitution, provide DNA sample.  Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Townsend, Lenea Mae, age 42, of Buffalo, sentenced on Sept. 3, 2013 for Probation Violations for Felony Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree to one year and one day prison.  Sentenced by Judge Tenney.
