Semi Truck Rolls Over Near Space Aliens in Albertville

More information will be available when police reports are filed next week.

A semi truck that rolled over near Space Aliens in Albertville this afternoon caused several surrounding roads to close in the area, according to residents who drove by the scene.

The Wright County Sheriff's Office was called to the rollover near 11166 County Rd 37 NE, between Lamont Ave NE and 60th St. NE, shortly after 12 p.m today. The Minnesota State Patrol assisted. 

"Initial information I have is that there were no injuries," said Wright County Sheriff's Office captain Greg Howell. "I will know more once the deputy turns in their reports."

He is expecting the reports Monday, after the holiday weekend.

Lieutenant Eric Roeske from the Minnesota State Patrol said "there isn't much information in the dispatch notes." However, he too said "it doesn't appear there were any injuries involved."
