Sentencings: Albertville Resident's DWI Charge Dismissed

The following court cases involving area arrests were handed down in Wright County Court. Information is provided by the the office of Wright County Attorney Tom Kelly.

 

Nick Daniel Heinonen, 33, of Albertville, on Nov. 28, the charge of Gross Misdemeanor Second Degree DWI was dismissed.

Ginny Lee Jollymore, 36, of Elk River, sentenced on Nov. 27 for Probation Violations for Felony Bring/Send/Introduce/Possess Contraband in Jail to 90 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Michael Olan Gray, 24, of Monticello, sentenced on Nov. 20 for Gross Misdemeanor Stalking to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 275 days, $2,500 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, complete men's batterer's intervention program and follow all recommendations, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no contact with victim, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Dustin Thomas Strum, 23, of Buffalo, sentenced on Nov. 27 for Gross Misdemeanor Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 336 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 29 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Michael John Steffens, 30, of Buffalo, sentenced on Nov. 27 for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $75 fine; 320 days stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $75 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.
