Sentencings: St. Michael Area Sentencings Involving Domestic Assault, Forgery

The following court cases involving area arrests were handed down in Wright County Court. Information is provided by the Wright County Attorney's Office.

Troy Scott Steinhaus, 42, address unknown, was sentenced on Dec. 21, 2012 to one year in jail for probation violations for gross misdemeanor domestic assault and gross misdemeanor violation of a no contact order. He was also sentenced to 90 days in jail for probation violations for misdemeanor domestic assault. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Elizabeth Ann Pacheco, 30, of Albertville, was sentenced Dec. 26, 2012 to 120 days in jail for probation violations for felony forgery. She was also sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor domestic assault to 30 days jail, concurrent. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.
