Sentencings: St. Michael Man Gets 27-Day Term for Violations

The following sentencings were handed down in Wright County District Court last week. Information is provided by Wright County Attorney Tom Kelly's office.

Timothy Myron Boll, 41, St. Michael, sentenced Feb. 27 for Probation Violations for Felony First Degree DWI to 15 days jail.  Sentenced by Judge McPherson.

Daniel Russell Sienko, 39, Otsego, sentenced on Feb. 27 for Felony Criminal Damage to Property in the First Degree to a stay of imposition for up to five years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $250 fine plus law library fee, pay restitution, provide DNA sample, undergo an anger management assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, remain medically compliant, have no contact with victim or victim's residence, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Gray David Soltis, 21, St. Michael, sentenced Feb. 29 for Probation Violations for Gross Misdemeanor Domestic Assault to 27 days jail.  Sentenced by Judge Jasper.
