Adam Dale Fosdick, 18, of Otsego, sentenced on 08/07/12 for Gross Misdemeanor Violation of No Contact Order to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 325 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 40 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no contact with victim, have no use or possession of non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, be on GPS monitoring, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order, complete Wright County Batterer's program and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Marcus John Hegland 25, of St. Michael, sentenced on 08/06/12 for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 362 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level I driving program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sadie Jean Raffenbeul, 38, of Albertville, sentenced on 08/09/12 for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 362 days, $2,500 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, serve 28 days on electronic home monitoring, complete a Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
