St. Michael, Albertville Fire Calls Focused on Medical Assistance

Accidents were down and the departments responded to just one structure fire in the first half of the month.

The St. Michael and Albertville fire departments responded to the following recent calls.

October 2
The St. Michael Fire Department responded to a medical call in the 4000th block of Lange Ave NE for a female with a bloody nose.

October 3
The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 100th block of Terrace Road NE for a child choking.

The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 400th block of Edgewood Drive SE for an unresponsive female. 

October 7
The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 11000th block of 21 Street NE for a 57 year old female feeling dizzy.

October 8
The Albertville Fire and Rescue Department responded to a medical call in the 6100 block of Maclynn Avenue NE in Otsego for a 68-year-old male who had fallen down the stairs.

AFD responded to a mutual aid call for the Elk River Fire Department in the 8100 block of Padgett Avenue NE in Otsego for a house fire

October 9
The SMFD responded to a fire call in the 7000th block of 30th Street NE for a brush pile on fire.

October 10
The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 900th block of Ridge Drive SE for a female having difficulty breathing. 

October 11
The AFD responded to a medical call in the 6400 block of LaBeaux Avenue NE for a 56-year-old male having a seizure.

October 15
The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 4400th block of O’Day Avenue NE for a male with chest pains.

The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 12000th block of 43rd Street NE for an female who collapsed.

The SMFD responded to a medical call in the 400th block of Main Street S for an overdose.
