St. Michael Arrest for Domestic Assault; Car-Deer Crashes Drop: Police Blotter

In a quiet week for arrests in the St. Michael and Albertville area, one St. Michael arrest was reported by the Wright County Sheriff's Office:

• On Dec. 7, Michael Lee Konrad, 43, of Plymouth was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of domestic assault.

The sheriff's office also reported that car-deer crashes have significant sank. Between Dec. 3 and Dec. 10, nine car-deer accidents were reported.This is in comparison to the previous week, ending Dec. 3, when there were 23 car-deer accidents. The prior week, ending Nov. 25, saw 21 car-deer crashes.

In the past week, there were four property damage accidents, two personal injury accidents, two hit-and-run accidents and nine car-deer accidents.

There were eight arrests for DWI in Wright County in the past week, five underage consumption arrests, two school bus stop arm violations and 47 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations issued this week.
