St. Michael Man Arrested for Substance Abuse Violation

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies Aug. 19-25, 2013. 

All individuals are charged but are innocent until proven guilty in Wright County court.

Aug. 19

• A 30-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.

• A 48-year-old Otsego man was arrested in Anoka County on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree criminal sexual conduct.

•  A 27-year-old of Buffalo man was charged with felony criminal sexual conduct.

• A 23-year-old Monticello man was charged with felony assault.

Aug. 21

• A 32-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

Aug. 22

• A 42-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

• A 25-year-old St. Michael man was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of 5th degree controlled substance violation.

• A 26-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct.

• A 36-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

• A 39-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on an Anoka County warrant for 5th degree assault.

Aug. 23

• An 18-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of flee police on foot and a Sherburne County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

• A 21-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

Aug. 25

• A 31-year-old Elk River man was arrested in Buffalo Township on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

There were 19 property damage accidents, nine personal injury accidents, one hit and run accident and two car/deer accidents. There were five arrests for DWI and 50 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
