Three Arrested for Assault in St. Michael, Albertville

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies Aug. 12-17, 2013. 

All individuals are charged but are innocent until proven guilty in Wright County court.

Aug. 12

• A 19-year-old Hanover man was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for probation violation.
• A 32-year-old Albertville man was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.
• A 19-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of trespassing.

Aug. 14

• A 26-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested in Waverly on a Stearns County warrant for theft.
• A 38-year-old Albertville man was arrested in Albertville on the charge of domestic assault.

Aug. 15

• A 31-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on Wright County warrants for violation of a restraining order and probation violation.
• A 42-year-old St. Michael man was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of domestic assault. 

Aug. 16

• A 41-year-old Albertville man was arrested in Albertville on the charge of domestic assault.

Aug. 17

• A 23-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

There were 19 property damage accidents, eight personal injury accidents and three car/deer accidents. There were three arrests for DWI, one underage consumption arrests, and 55 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
